According to the Department of Health, obesity is one of the biggest health challenges we face in the UK. Although Paul Mason is an extreme case of the super obese, the situation is likely to become more common. Currently almost one in four adults and one in six children in England are obese, and the UK is already the fattest nation in Europe. If the obesity epidemic continues at this rate, by 2025 nearly half of men and a third of women will be clinically obese. (Source)

Guiness record for biceps
Bodybuilder Moustafa Ismail gives his reaction after being awarded the Guinness World Record for his 79cm (31in) biceps. Speaking in London, Egypt-born Ismail, who lives in Massachusetts, says he lifts weights to look better, and eats 3kg (6.6lb) of protein and six meals a day to achieve his unique shape. (Source)
