Randy Pausch’s talk on achieving his dreams. Towards the end of the talk Randy says that we can not do it all alone and we need help there:

• tell the truth
• be earnest
• apologise when you screw up
• focus on others, not yourself
• don’t bail; the best gold is at the bottom of barrels of crap
• get a feedback look and listen to it.The hard part is to listen
• show gratitude
• don’t complain, work hard
• find the best in everybody; no matter how much you have to wait for them to show it
• help others
• loyalty is a two-way street
• never give-up
